Design of a vacuum chamber interlock box for the EELS experiment.
We fear electric power outages!
Control inputs: 1) Pressure transducers (Ion gauge and convectron gauges). 2) Water flow meter (acts as a variable resistance, we fear outages).
Control outputs:
1) Solid state relay for diffusion pump power
2) Solid state relay for (other?) power
